One grid per property
The calendar is night-level. Each cell is one night at one property: open, booked, or blocked. Reservations from every channel render side by side, labeled with their source.
The reservation lifecycle
A reservation arrives from a channel or your direct site, holds its nights, and keeps its history. Modifications and cancellations from the channel update the record, and nights release automatically when a stay is cancelled.
Every reservation keeps its financial breakdown per night, so payouts and occupancy reconcile without a spreadsheet.
Blocks and holds
Close nights yourself for repairs, personal stays, or turnover buffers. A block behaves like a reservation to the outside world: every channel shows the night as unavailable.
You can also ask the agent to block next Thursday for repairs at Harbor Loft, then approve the proposal it returns.
Rates and restrictions
Change a whole season in one edit. Nightly rates, minimum stays, and stop-sells publish from one place to every channel. Bulk edits cover date ranges, day-of-week patterns, and multiple properties at once.
