Set up an owner and their agreement

Open Owners, then select Add owner. Enter the owner name and the email address they will use for the portal.

Assign a property and set the agreement that pays you:

• Effective date is the first day the agreement applies.
• Commission rate is your percentage of the basis.
• Commission basis is either Gross revenue or Revenue less fees. Select Revenue less fees when you take your cut after the channel takes its own.

How a month totals

Supahost recognizes a booking in the month that contains its checkout date, not its booking date. A stay that arrives on 28 June and leaves on 2 July belongs to July.

• The provider booking value is revenue.
• The commission the channel reports is a fee, and so is every tax and service the channel reports on the booking.
• A direct booking paid on your booking site counts the same way: what the guest paid is revenue, and each fee or tax from your Fees & taxes rules, plus the card processing fee, is a fee.
• A refund you issue in Stripe for a direct booking appears as an adjustment, so the month nets what you actually kept.
• Your commission comes from the property agreement, applied to the basis that agreement names.
• Owner net is revenue, less fees, less your commission, plus or minus any adjustment you added.

Select Add fee to record a cost you passed on, such as a maintenance call-out, or an adjustment that moves the total in either direction. Give it a property, a recognition date, and a description the owner will understand, because the owner reads that description in the portal.

Review, then publish

Select Generate draft, then pick the owner, the checkout month, and the currency. The draft appears in Statement queue marked Manager review.

Select Review to open the statement. The ledger lists every recognized line with its date, property, description, type, and amount, above totals for revenue, fees, commission, adjustments, and owner net. Add anything missing and generate the draft again.

Select Publish statement when the numbers are right. Publication freezes the header and the line snapshot.

Invite an owner to the portal

Select Invite beside an owner in Owner directory. Supahost creates a single-use invitation link that expires in seven days. Send it to the owner yourself.

Accepting the invitation creates an owner session that lasts 30 days. You can revoke it at any time.

What the owner sees

The portal lists the statements you published for that owner. Opening one shows the totals, the same ledger you reviewed, and their net for the month.

• CSV downloads the statement lines for their own records or their accountant.
• Print / PDF opens a print layout they can save as a PDF.

The portal is read-only. An owner cannot change a line, see another owner, or see a draft.

Use your own address

Every workspace can use the Supahost owner-portal address as it is. To send owners to your own brand instead, open Hosted owner portal domains and add a subdomain such as owners.example.com.

Supahost shows two DNS records to add at your registrar: a TXT record that proves you control the domain, and a CNAME that points the subdomain at Supahost. Select Verify and activate once both are in place.
